I am Mehernosh, the founder of UPGRADEN and a certified practicing professional. My diverse experience in Hospitality, Aviation, and Corporate Training allows me to excel in various work environments, whether working with individuals or organizations.

As a Certified Image Consultant, I guide, empower, and consult individuals on managing their Appearance, Grooming, and Body Language, including Etiquette. My goal is to help clients create positive and impactful first impressions, opening doors to more opportunities in all areas of life.

As a Certified Soft Skills Trainer, I collaborate with prestigious institutes, small-medium enterprises, and corporate organizations. I specialize in developing customized training programs that help organizations achieve their desired goals and objectives. I have trained over 10,000 professionals across diverse market segments, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, BFSI & NBFC, IT, and Public Sector Undertakings.

I have also completed my WSET Level 1 certification in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London, UK. This expertise enables me to facilitate Wine Etiquette Workshops and Etiquette Coaching for individuals.

Additionally, I am a certified POSH Enabler, specializing in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace, registered under government guidelines
